IMO no investment can be called 100% safe. We all know about so called "Cloud Mining" which turn out to be ponzi shemes. The sites which promise "Double your Bitcoin" or "Triple your Bitcoin" in a short period of time are even worse because from "Cloud Mining" you normally get part of the invested money back.
So you better just hold your Bitcoins and wait for the price increase. That would be the best investment IMO.
