My advice, if you are total bitcoin newbie don't buy an account, you could be scammed. There is no way to check if said account was banned previously or has good background.
If you need money fast, then signature campaigns are not good idea in my opinion. The best scenario is for you to have your own account, you can participate in some Sig Campaign when you reach Jr. Member status.
