If you bothered to read how this game works, if a timer reaches 00:00 and the wallet didn't have enough to pay for it before that, then it becomes expired and doesn't receive payment. The money that was deposited then gets used for the next payment as long as there is enough, if not then it still accumulates until it can pay for the next payment unless that payment reaches 00:00 (expired) which then means that person "lost" and got no payment because the users allowed for it to expire without investing to pay for it.
