like we might forget about our college course, or the worst is being couch potato, and might weaken our immune system.. 
I don't think any student of MIT or other IVY league's is going to be a full on bitcoin user.The daily job is nothing different or you must be a physical trainer otherwise.but my income in bitcoin is not great
There is actually no income in bitcoin other than mining and for trading you are just investing and no returns are to be guaranteed.
