The user is pointing out how you were attempting to auction off that account for BTC0.01, and after failing to find a buyer, put up for a loan asking for the equivalent of the value you sought for the facebook account, which has been placed as collateral.your history says it all 
This is clearly an attempt at liquidizing your worthless assets by defaulting on a loan.
