In both you can pay using Bitcoins and both are reloadable , e-coin ask for sms verification and the card needs a minimum deposit of 10$ advcash only charges 1$ for card and 1$ for the deposit so if you want a 5$ card , you have to deposit 7$ the first time. hope it helps.
