I can guarantee that all members of the decred brazilian facebook group who enrolled in the airdrop received their coins.
About 15% lost their seeds.
Most will save the airdrop to believe in the future of decred.
Most of these people aren't bctalk members.
Most of the participants are buying more coins and around 400 who didn't participate too.
