There is no gurantee that ur so called friend will not change password and on another side note maybe he is not even your friend .you just cracked the account and now trying to sell it
This is likely to be not a legit account if "Changing the email will void the 2nd year and further on autorenew". The price is quite low for a 2 years account, this is no doubt a cracked account or carded.
