If I were to guess, BTC and Crypti have timestamps on their respective transaction ID's. I don't know about ShapeShift though.
The Time of the Exchange actually appears under "Time" column on your Exchange details page on https://ico.lisk.io

Since lisk.io time is in UTC, the time that appears under "Time" column on your Exchange details page should be before Feb 23 at 05:30 to get 1st day reward.
