Perhaps this is a pretty serious issue and make support team has not been able to contact you, because they're looking for a solution to this problem. And chances are if this issue has already been resolved you will get an email reply and you can start a new game. The profuse apologies. I don't mean to be a draftsman-talk them. It's just that I believe this site will fix this problem soon. because this site is already standing over 6 months and have many users who are active in it. So it's not likely this site will experience a scam just because of this problem.
