Here's a screenshot of me hanging out in Alpha Centauri in the dev version of the game in my Babylon 5 ship 
The UI and graphics still needs a lot of work. When that's done, then I can focus on the resource generation / planet management to make sure it's a looong game. Then we can do some beta testing to see how it goes.
