We can list your coin at our exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Orderbook can't be empty, you or your market maker need to maintain enough liquidity. In case of long emptyness of orderbook, coin can be delisted. Coins with unfixed security issues can be deactivated.
2. After listing we need to be announced/added as exchange at sites/forums concerning your coin, i.e. bitcointalk topic, coin website, maybe something else if applicable.
