 I'm writing to you in connection to the above pledge that was gifted to you at the above date and time.

 Unfortunately the original owner has come forward to say it was gifted without his permission and the logs we keep support him in suggesting his account was compromised. We're investigating more closely at the moment, but if we can't tie the original owner to the gift the pledge will need to be returned to the original owner. Is there anything you can tell us about how the pledge was gifted to you?

 If you paid money for the package to be gifted to you, you may have been scammed and need to try and get your money back as soon as possible.
