The least I saw someone being scammed is around 10 cents, some guy named Robert. . So yup, the "People here scam for pennies" is literally true.
On a side note, I'm not going to tag this guy as the trolls keep telling me "You should only tag someone after PMing him about the accusation and not receiving any reply in a substantial amount of time" bullshit , lets see what happens if I follow.
