I'm not sure whether the gift card deal actually took place or not. If you look at the thread, there was never someone confirming they have sent/received the 0.9 BTC brazilcoins was supposed to receive.
I see, just read through the thread (would have been better linking the first page/message by brazilcoin than the second one that starts with snuggles paranoia).I don't get why they don't use escrows in those deals, but well, there's only so many times you can tell a user.
