* Are you looking for a design, or the backend development as well (that's what it sounds like).
* Do you have any examples or inspirations for the website design that we could start from?
* What kind of person is the client for your future website?

Knowing these things this like always helps speed things along because we won't have to grab around in the dark for what you want without wasting time making concept design layouts that we could have avoided.
