Wrong. For starters Im not using his image on the coin, and furthermore by your logic he will have to sue every company out there selling Trump merchandise. Then he will have to sue every newspaper and cable TV station for using him or his image to sell more ad revenue. I have a background in Copyright, PR and politics. I know what Im doing.

And its not as if the coin is anti Trump and also HUGELY IMPORTANT ITS NOT A DONATION COIN TO HIS CAMPAIGN. If it were that would open up a whole can of worms because any donations received for a US Presidential candidate campaign that come from out side the US is illegal and would cause them a whole lot of problems. Even just a sniff of that would have caused this coin issues. They would immeditaly distance themselves from the coin and would probably send a cease and desist order. I would do nothing to harm the Trump or the investors of this coin.
