I am ready pay first then you will ship miner for me, but I need verify that miner in good condition before I sent money.

How will you verify that the miner is in good condition? Also, where are you located?

He says he will pay first after the miner is verified. But he says he has to verify the miner first. Which means that sound a bit contradicting. Hence why i'm asking clarifications.
