My withdrawal is pending since 2016-02-27 15:04:37...
All my withrawals were always instant but this one is pending since a day...
I contacted support who told me this is normal, it needs to be confirmed but 24h to confirm??
Your withdrawal must be bugger than the available amount on their hot wallet, or as usual they need to check everything for security purpose.
And its a bit more delay because your request was on weekends when they are (maybe) offline.
