You're right. It's absurd FUD to think that contacting a random person you never met on an imperfect privacy network and buying something illegal for them could ever get arrested. Yeah, all those COPS shows are actually actors. FBI agents actually process tax returns and all TOR nodes are owned by lovely volunteers and not companies or governments.
