What is interesting again is that I'm totes SOLD but do not yet have some real world examples as to how this could be used in the real world to make blockchain tech better??

In a whole, the same, what you can do with NXT or ETH.
Maybe you develop plugins for other websites and you are paid as this plugin is used.
Or you can even use it to "form" your company/foundation/trust. A lot of opportunities...
