wow and here's something in that article to note;

"The FTC revealed that Butterfly Labs took at least $20 million from consumers, and potentially up to $50 million. This month, Butterfly Labs and two of its operators, part-owner Sonny Vleisides and general manager, Darla Drake, agreed to settle FTC charges. However, even though the judgment was $38.6 million against the company, the FTC agreed to collect only $15,000 because they were unable to pay more."

15,000$ is all running BFL scam cost them in the end ;\

well, and correct me if im wrong, but what stopped them from hiding some of that 20+million in btc  that they never claimed to own?
they are on a beach right now, rich off our btc i bet ;p
this is highly likely to me, as i have a source involved in Garza's bs legally, and they are having trouble locating over 6million$$$,
(cause they had it in btc and hid it most likely ;\)
