Try creating evopoints.conf at /home/user/.evopoints/

add the nodes at the OP and at http://tekyexplorer.xyz/xev

No such file.
I've added all nodes in config in /root/.evopoints/

Okay, can you send your conf here?

Have you tried redownloading binaries or building from source?
