Usually I access the site with Mozilla but now I can not access the site with mozilla it said "too many redirect"
but I can access the site with Opera and Chrome but I can not login to the site..

Try to open your usually Mozilla in "incognito mode" and I guess you are able to open the website (that's because the Admin locked the user sessions not the ip)
If you are able to reach the website after I say you what to do...
the site is reachable now, but after login, the redirect loop is back!
