If you are doing funny things, your IP is massively easier to attain and crap loads easier to hunt you down, if they so wish.
Oh, just for the records, I don`t do funny things, as I`m far too noobish for this stuff. I can`t even use TOR. But I like reading about this and try to understand it. Thanks for the info!
