When it comes to investing, particularly in the bitcoin realm, the presumption of innocence doesnt apply and is stupid beyond words. You should apply a presumption of scam until proven trustworthy.
I also always had an opinion "innocent until proven guilty". But the longer I am in the crypto-community the more I am convinced that here it does not fit .. Unfortunately ..
