It should be much more or not at this late phase?
The dev write:
"The Proof-of-Work phase will end at block 35.250, until then approximately 25.885.320** CYG will be mined."
So there will be mined more than 50% of the coins in the last 7.000 Blocks?

No. But POS blocks eaten a lot of pow blocks so at the and there will be around 10 m coins less than the expected 25m. There is nothing wrong here is common with pow/pos running at the same time
