I did check the DEMO of your script, I can't even count how many coding and security problems you have there.
I really doubt someone will want to buy this from you, unless you make a decent script.

Give any proves. It just words no more. If it have a lot of security problems - hack it. My script have very good protection and can not be hacked. You just try to damage my reputation because I am your competitor.
Give proves - then write about problems now it is just words..
