    Sat Mar 5 21:25:47 GMT 2016: A fix for the proximal cause of the bug is available for testing at: https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterparty-lib/pull/839 (in branch https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterparty-lib/commits/max-fee-fraction). Please note that the both of these pull requests should be ultimately merged into the develop branch (and ultimately master), at which point it will be easier to evaluate the both rather than apply them one by one. Those who wish to wait until the both are ready can watch commits on develop (https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterparty-lib/commits/develop) and download and after these fixes are in. Until then the both fixes are more likely to undergo minor modifications.
