The claimed character account functions for 30 realdays after death, for the purposes of giving the assets to the heirs or liquidating them. If there are any assets remaining after 30 days, the account will be swept and assets inherited by the Town for the purposes of marketing of the game. Unclaimed character accounts will be swept in 2016-1-17 regardless of whether the character has died or not. Town will decide what to do with the living characters in this case.
The good news is that your character is still alive and is so due to the management of town appointed Health Manager! The Town has paid the Health manager out of its funds to maintain the account.
Give us a couple of days to assess, verify, and account the status of everything, and we will turn the character over the owner so you can start playing again.
