Motivating women to use bitcoin is pretty hard and not as simple as you mentioned, because most of women don't know anything about bitcoin and bitcoin related stuffs, but it is important to brig them too into bitcoin systems, because womens are equals to men and they have all rights to know about bitcoin and use bitcoin.
