It's a decentralized coin, who gives anyone the right to decide who the coin is intended for? adamastor is promoting it and making the best of the situation, what if this never works out in Iceland at least we can have African support.
I think the same mate but I've chosen Auroracoin because its target is Iceland. One day iceland's auroracoin will need the international community, they just don't know it yet
