BTC Bonuses are allocated based on the BTC transaction time, not the time an exchange was started.
Question regarding bonuses: I made a BTC deposit 20 minutes before 10% dropped to 5% and the first confirmation showed before the deadline, but the third (and final) confirmation did not happen until 5 minutes after the change over.
Regarding bonuses, is the timestamp of the 1st confirmation sufficient?
