Are those screenshot taken from their official site or a windows wallet? I have no problem logging in their site, it is still working as usual here.

this is screnshots from my wallet... it was working, suddenly it closed and when i try open it see this images

i don't get any problem when open my windows wallet but still need time for wallet to synchronize.
maybe wait for the others, they got same problem or not,

my wallet is working prperly. there is no problum
