There is nothing similar to "thread hijacking" and talking about bitcoin accepting digital services "in other's thread".
Depending on the case e.g. rule 22 can be applied. However, it should be obvious that you aren't allowed to hijack someones sales/service thread by promoting your own goods/services in it.
