If you are selling your house for a price (not auction) then you are at wrong board
Move it using the feature available at bottom left corner to Goods section

Otherwise start an Auction providing Starting bid, minimum increment and bin price

Also try to explain in detail about your house like images, location, etc
The more you explain, the less questions gonna arise
