I never used something like that, where can I buy that gift card for bitcoins?

Go to
gyft.com here. Make an account and select the card amount you want in increments of $5, select pay with Bitcoin and go through the checkout. Within 15 minutes you should have a gift code to use on eBay (though it may take a couple hours to activate it)
As a bonus, you get 3% back in points that you can use on a future gift card purchase every time you use BTC
