I don't see any rules about players having multiple accounts. Will you clarify your stance on this.
Are you aggressively taking action to prevent players from multi-accounting and punishing those who do?
If you don't prohibit multi-accounting, I suggest you mention somewhere that multi-accounting is permitted. Simply doing/saying nothing on the issue is just going to hurt the honest players and benefit the cheaters. Again, doing nothing will cause the most damage to you players who are the most honest.
Is it true that you allow small cashouts to be processed by new accounts without any sort of manual review? For the sake of game integrity, I hope not.
Do you understand why nearly every other poker site reviews cashout requests when the funds are exposed to peer2peer wagering?
You should consider players cheating other players just as seriously as you take players cheating you.
