In our PPC/Nu/B&C community, I guess the consensus is that the blockchain is suitable for settlement network, not good at micropayment. As Sunny King said, PPC is for "Backbone". So our PoS blockchain has no bloat issue, no 1 MB vs 2MB quarrel.
