@bitcoinmar, you are right.

I think most of these bank in poland are taking advantage of the fact that most bitcoins trader's are desperate in need of prepaid card/debit with Iban.  So, what do they do? they let you to open such account online for free, allow incoming and outgoing transaction's for a while before they strike you by suspending the account or placing available fund on hold for whatever reason.

The good news is that i've figured out a new strategy of creating bank account anonymously. The system will work with most bank in europe.

I'm still in the experimentation stage.
