Release will be when code is tested and finished.  Probably 1-2 months or so, maybe longer.  No ICO yet.  Right now you can buy SILK off of Poloniex, as it will be swapped eventually for SLK and tie into the network.  No slack that I know of.  Go back some posts and you'll discover answers to your questions.
What about the distribution for DRKSLK? How are we going to be able to acquire it? Cheers

If I remember correctly there will be a sale of some DRKSLK... Think you will be able to mine it too.  Been a while since I read that info in the thread.  Just scroll through the thread, you'll find it.
