No one will answer here if you got accepted or not. You need to check it yourself on the spreadsheet whih you can found in OP. It is not a scam. You are not even accepted so you will not receive any payment. The campaign manager didn't add your name on the lis meaning he doesn't wan you in the campaign plus kost of your posts are in the local.

Posts on local are not paid in this campaign. My point is no matter how many posts you even made you were not accepted so izanagi doesn't are about your post so don't expect any payment. End of story. Try enrolling again some other time if you improve your post quality, izanagi might let you participate.
