Hi.
I'm talking about local Rules and the English version of Local Rules.

The local Rules are different in some sases from English Rules of the site.
For example - the Italian Language section. Just someone have called it " the section for Italians".
There was a total ban of referral codes and messages in English.
But no Info about in English Language about this issue.

Here i'm claimed about "Topic Hijacking" and "Self Promotion in other threads", so i see nothing about such problems in Russian Language Rules, or i'm partially blind.
