same here. I also wanted to do this job as the tittle said 30$ for 48 hour's work. I was impressed to that price and rating. but when I clicked the link it show me dead page, if OP fix the problem then it will be good. if the job is close or off then OP should announce about that.

as stated in the OP, you should use TOR in order to access the link and also contact them.
also if you read the first page the comment #9 suggested a workaround for using it in your normal browser (hint: add .to after the domain name) not suggested though.
