OP : I suggest you to go for crowd funding platforms to raise the amount. I would also suggest you to raise in small amounts first. Many cryptos doing well in ICO funding, eth, LISK and several other old coins have raised a lot in the past. This is my humble suggestion.

There are 100s of trolls here who just increase their post count. Don't waste your time to read and comment for shits here. I read Pulsarcoin in the Altcoin Announcements section. You have a long way to go. Good luck. Concentrate more on the coin. There are lot of Crowd funding platforms if you're serious.
