Snailinthemail owner Steven Steiner is a liar and untrustworthy I would not order from him. These snails have most likely been abused and farmed do not support animal cruelty.
Sounds like you are just a lil angry dude. Steven Is a great Snail Caretaker, I know he loves these lil snail boys more than anything and the snails I ordered were very healthy.
