If you have a brain so it is still possible to go down under 1 satoshi (rate based on other coins except btc) As you can see on c-cex, its rate for doge is only 0.0007doge/val = it is less than 1 satoshi.

In case of bitcoin rate, yes you're right it wont be less than 1sat. But it will be worthless because no one want to pump this coin, sooner or later this coin will be removed from the exchanges.
That's why its better if you sell it as soon as possible. Even if you put sell order on 1SAT, you will need to wait so long time. I have seen some people try to sell this coin on facebook group with lower rate 0.2SAT/VAL.
