First of all. The project looks great and all the best.
I had a query regarding the pre-sale agreement. (Not sure if it has been already answered).
In the
https://ico.lisk.io/presale.pdf document I found the following clause.
2.1 Purchase. You agree to purchase and we agree to sell, on the terms set forth
herein, your Resulting Distribution. Your purchase paid with BTC is final. We will not
provide any BTC refund of the purchase price under any circumstances. Purchases
with XCR can be refunded until the 1st May 2016. Only the exact amount of XCR used
to purchase LISK can be refunded.
Does this mean, people who purchased with XCR can get a refund even after the launch of tokens ? That would rather be unfair I thought.
