Also he's/they're spamming the forum with his fud and I don't really understand why people like him/them aren't banned.
Without taking sides (I can't say I'm aware of the situation, so I won't say anything regarding to it),posting a thread in the Meta section and insta-locking it is kinda unnecessary.
If you just want to plainly report a post, there's a great report function built in already, use it.
If you want to start a discussion about cryptosmoker/TwitchySeal (and what they are doing),
you can also open a thread in the Reputation board, but don't insta-lock it.
