Along with medication, it's helped me reduce my inappropriate verbal comments to almost zero.
I highly recommend it to other intelligent people on the forum that have the same condition. When your brain is running at 120% that of normal, you don't always stop and think "is this an appropriate comment" before speaking.

I think you also have lots of work to do on your obsessive compulsive disorder which is also something commonly found in those with forms of tourettes. You certainly show the symptoms.
